I didn't intentionally steal his money, I over spent while subsequently losing $1000 and did not have enough to pay him.  And it was more like $1000 at the time of the loan.

If you have BTC to pay a programmer, you have BTC to pay back squall and he will update his thread with the amount outstanding.  And it will show you are making an effort at repaying the debt.
