You can think of theymos as the president and DT1 as the Senate, and DT2 as the house of reps and everyone else as we the people. Just because theymos wants something done, doesn't mean it will be done, like a wall,

Yeah. If you have a 'rank' ≥ 0 on the network then you're in. He's kind of in the same situation as I am, though with more DT1's involved.

The Pharma guy is much active in tagging scammers, I like his thought process. There is no harm of him being in DT but there are some benefits.

Frankly speaking and not offend to Pharma, I may not agree with those some having ratings without references, but I highly respected his regardless ratings. He is very active to eliminate those abusers here, and that matter I saluted him.

Back to topic, theymos can request as any other member and it is up to default trust to decide. Trust system works like that, it is decentralised (cough) or supposed to be exactly.

I don't see why he shouldn't be in DT. Do you have valid criticism for some of his ratings? Then send that to him. He shall address this[1], and learn. Simple as that. Excluding someone without providing feedback is one of the worst ways you could handle DefaultTrust placement.
[1] If he doesn't, you make it public and then he will either do it for sure or get booted. However, I don't see him going down this road anyways. I wanted to point out what would happen though.

Nope, it was the exclusion of Tomatocage that did it, after OGNasty excluded me for reasons known only to him.  Apparently he thinks I'm bullying new users here because I was tagging shitposters and thereby stifling newcomers' ability to become outstanding members of the community...or some such BS.
