I got my verification yesterday, so - everything is work! But a little bit slow.

I was waiting about 3 weeks.

which level? verified or verified plus?
mind that currently their fiat withdrawals take extraordinarily long.
not plus, just verified.

before it was instant, I used withdrawal to my mastercard.

July 6. I submitted a support ticket and described this issue.

I got a "Withdrawal Rejected" message when trying to transfer funds back to my credit card. Everything is fine on my banks end.  Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. I'm having a hard time getting in contact with anybody at CEX. I've made several requests and sent several emails but still no response.

You reported that someone was trying to hack into your account. The obvious action from cex.io was to make sure that this account really belongs to you. So it is no surprise they asked you to go through the verification process to avoid potential breach and ensure the security of your account at any time thereafter.
