I've not used my cexio account ever and few days back somebody tried to hack my account but was unsuccessful. I reported that to the support and they ask me to send so many proofs to verify my account. I did not yet reply to that email but your support keeps reminding me everyday to verify my account. I don't wish to use that account now but by verifying it, what's the guarantee that my account will always be secure?
Did you use the same password in CEX.io as in anywhere else?

You reported that someone was trying to hack into your account. The obvious action from cex.io was to make sure that this account really belongs to you. So it is no surprise they asked you to go through the verification process to avoid potential breach and ensure the security of your account at any time thereafter.

The account would be verified after I submit proof but if it manages to get hacked in future, unless I use 2FA there is no way to ensure the safety of my account. The fact that I never even deposited anything in my account and I need to verify it is weird as it doesn't protect my account from another hack attempt nor if the funds get stolen, I would get back my cash. Verifying is not an issue for me.

I got email, that you will split coins, if a fork happens at 1st august.

But you do not mention "Bitcoin Cash". Will you also allow to withdraw those, if this fork happens?

Hi there. I submitted Card verification three weeks ago today. I followed up two weeks ago with ticket: #268795. I'm hoping you can clear this up as it says it normally takes less than an hour for a pending card to be verified? I am a verified member already though! Thanks.

Is there any problem in the intermediary institution you are using? Maybe the amount you paid is back to you? Rejoice if you help in this matter.

Hello and thank you for the fast reply on here. I still can't withdraw to my payment card that has been approved and I am verified. You replied saying it wasn't possible to do this for the USA but that is not what your blog says (I linked it in ticket #268795) as well as you signature on here (It says buy/sell, not just buy). It also says the United States is allowed on all the sub markings of the limits/commisions (1,2,3,4 at the bottom of the page). I can screen shot all of this as well if you'd like. However, looking at your webpage code, it looks like you're only allowing withdrawals to RUB which seems awfully suspicious and your add-card-verify page seems to only allow deposits which again looks suspicious. Again happy to submit screenshots if you'd like!

If you take a look at the Payment Options page, and switch to the "Withdrawal", you will see that the United States is a restricted country for withdrawals to payment cards at the bottom of the table. Attaching a screenshot below. Currently, users from the US can withdraw funds via bank transfer only. We are working to bring card withdrawals for the US users back.
Still, you can use this card to deposit funds to your CEX.IO account.

8 days have not yet received a payment from the bank. I have done all the detailed research in my bank, but there is no amount coming in to the account at all. There may have been a mistake in the payment you have made in the intermediary institution may be valor valued.

We kindly ask you to contact your bank and ask to investigate this issue. On our end, the payment has been successfully made.
If the employees of your bank are not able to find the amount according to the payment details we provided you with, then we will need an official letter from the bank confirming this. Thereafter, our Payment Service Provider will be able to start further investigation. This information has been duplicated in the ticket, please check your inbox.
