I'm expecting too, but I think we need to be patient @vearns asked withdraw 5284... like 2 days ago and received today @LeoBand you have 5290... while I expect for 5297... and 5299... I suppose they will release tomorrow... I just received my withdrawals too ... Thank you guys for sharing the information with the comunity also when your issues are getting solved with Cex, not only when the issues appear. I mean let's be fair... indeed they are slow and struggling but still... it's obvious they try to keep up... imho

Got my first withdrawal of 15-11-2017 on 29-11-2017 in EUR (from IBAN: X) Got my second withdrawal of 16-11-2017 worth of €13000+ in USD on 6-12-2017. (GOT USD INSTEAD OF EUR) (from IBAN: Y, so another IBAN) After 1 week of receiving USD instead of EUR. I got response to double check if I got USD and not EUR > E-mailed back with proof. After 2 weeks of receiving USD instead of EUR. I got response "Thank you for your patience. Please, accept our apologies for keeping you waiting.", that they have double check and have send EUR and not USD. And asked me to contact bank and send them confirmation > E-mailed cex back with proof USD is send. Because Cex send me USD and not EUR, I still need to get remaing amount of €2180. 2 weeks further and I got: "Thank you for your patience. Please, accept our apologies for keeping you waiting." Now it is 3+ weeks further and still no solution and they let me again waiting and waiting and waiting.... I do not want to make an accusation, but they need to solve their own problem....... instead of ignoring and letting customers waiting so long.. Finanace Team (Ticket ID: 397454)

You're basically screaming into a well, CEX have abandoned this thread.
Try posting on their facebook and twitter pages. Call them out for their fraudulent activities and threaten police or legal action. This is what I had to do to get my money, while others are still waiting.
It's clear to me that these guys are crooks and they will likely disappear soon with all your money.

i ask for withrawal to visa 2017-12-25 12:28:53 -366.00 USD 0.69 WITHDRAW, got euros insted of $ on visa on 2017-12-28 , but i dont care, in bank thhey say thats my country regulation is that we get only euros, but dont know.

Then you are lucky, because I got 13000+ USD instead of 13000+ EUR. So have a loss of 2180EUR, and they are ignoring me for 3 weeks everywhere, on e-mail, on this thread, on twitter, and so on. Please guys be careful with CEX. They only reply on social media to show as if they are helping you and then they ignore you for 3+ weeks

Good day, and so, the essence of my appeal: 12/31/2017 went to the stock exchange, everything was fine. Use Authy. I return after celebrating the holiday home, I go to the exchange and get invalid 2fa code. At the same time on other exchanges and sites in which I also use 2Fa all is well. The problem arose only with your stock exchange. What can be and how to fix the problem? For it is certainly not on my side takes the source. The Authy program is installed both on the PC and on the iPhone. Codes give identical on two devices, i.e. there are no problems with time on the device.

I don't know what's going on with exchanges lately but it's not good. I deposited money through cex.io a long time ago, somehow my ''proof of residence'' wasn't good, fair enough. More than 2 weeks ago I sent them another proof of residence, this time a good one but still not verified. I understand there are a lot of users and they are busy but after 20 days, how difficult can it be to look at 1 single paper and verify it? I wouldn't be this mad but I also want to withdraw some money to my bank and I have seen users complaining that it takes also weeks so basically I'm going to spend months just to withdraw some money?

Finanace Team (Ticket ID: 397454) Unfortunately, it was a technical mistake on the side of the bank, and they actually sent the money in USD. We are sorry for the caused inconvenience and long waiting time. The missing difference caused by the conversion was compensated and you can find it on your CEX.IO account.

Kindly message us your user ID, we will try to speed up the verification process. It's fine, I don't really care now because I was going to withdraw some money through cex.io but now it's a bad idea seeing that it might take a month to process a single withdrawal request. I'm not using it until you fix your problems. I honestly understand that it can be slow but why are exchanges like yours advertising it like it's going to take 1 day or a few days at most when it's usually taking weeks? Why not let your users know that it could very easily and most likely take weeks? Why advertise something that is not true?
