@Cex: I got email, that you will split coins, if a fork happens at 1st august.
But you do not mention "Bitcoin Cash". Will you also allow to withdraw those, if this fork happens?

Hello and thank you for the fast reply on here. I still can't withdraw to my payment card that has been approved and I am verified. You replied saying it wasn't possible to do this for the USA but that is not what your blog says (I linked it in ticket #268795) as well as you signature on here (It says buy/sell, not just buy). It also says the United States is allowed on all the sub markings of the limits/commisions (1,2,3,4 at the bottom of the page). I can screen shot all of this as well if you'd like. However, looking at your webpage code, it looks like you're only allowing withdrawals to RUB which seems awfully suspicious and your add-card-verify page seems to only allow deposits which again looks suspicious. Again happy to submit screenshots if you'd like!

If you take a look at the Payment Options page, and switch to the "Withdrawal", you will see that the United States is a restricted country for withdrawals to payment cards at the bottom of the table. Attaching a screenshot below. Currently, users from the US can withdraw funds via bank transfer only. We are working to bring card withdrawals for the US users back. Still, you can use this card to deposit funds to your CEX.IO account.

You reject all requests for withdrawal, you do not allow to pass verification higher than the minimum tariffs !!!! How to work on your site if you can not make a problem without a conclusion even $ 10,000. This is the minimum amount of my transactions, and what if I want to work with higher amounts on your site ??
