The fact that this is an exchange with 0%, yes 0% trading fees should be concentrated on much more. I simply can't fathom the low volume with non-existant trading fees. Guaranteed one can set up some arbitrage opportunities, exchanging NMC and BTC on CEX.IO, and then sending it to one of the exchanges which do have a trading fee, and exchanging for fiat.

There's not enough trading volume for NMC arbitrage, you are affecting the price much more than what the spread is. |

So the new UI graphics & graphs are absolutely stunning. Alot of positive design points to mention. Although, it has come with the sacrifice of preformance. It would be nice if CEX.io would implement a lite version. Simply a link or a tab that would give users the ability to view the charts and order books in lighter version. I run chrome and access cex.io through a number of different machines (both linux and windows) during the day. My modern machines can handle it but anything that is more Windows XP era, struggle. Just my 2 bits....

Do you plan on open sourcing this / releasing the code so to look this over. Nice work by the way... //edit* just saw that it is a paid app. Nothing wrong with that, all about supporting developers but it raises another question from me. Do you plan on adding a free version, perhaps for initial trial/testing. |

actually i do not think that guy was hacked..
I think he just cannot login to CEX...
it happened to me yesterday.... when I try to login... it keeps telling me wrong username or password...
then I tried to reset my password...
and i provided my username/email and it gives me incorrect username/email... (which means my account does not exist)
I went ahead and submitted a ticket... and boom... support helped me fix my problem...
they did ask some security questions... to verify if I really own the account...
so yeah... I think it is their anti bruteforce attack measure that is acting a bit too much... and blocking legitimate users...
not really sure... i am just sharing my experience and thoughts...

Before posting something like this - please get your facts straight. Our security system was built in a way that every action in account requires either an email or 2FA confirmation. => The hackers won't be able to cause any damage even if they get access to the account. We run whitehat security tests all the time and immediately fix any vulnerabilities found. Up until this point we had no issues with account security, other than hackers trying to brute force our user accounts, but that issue has been handled with ease. All cases of hacked accounts should be submitted for investigation via our ticket system. Hmmmm........Why am I not surprised? If so, it seems like it was another inside job - like the last time.
