you are basically announcing your site in all other sites threads that have poker or relative service to poker , that's exactly what spamming promotion means

you can instead post your "information" in a thread that belongs to you and update it daily

Great, omg We got millions of followers by this thread as we posted here , now this thread is so much popular that we should now remove our spam promotion, as we see this thread is being read millions of time. So we are removing our spam promotion message, we got enough thrust from this thread.

it's not about how many followers you are getting by doing this , you are still new to the forums and maybe you don't know that it's really bad to announce your service in other sites threads
and this is not the only thread , you were posting in many threads

Apologies we have been quite silent. All who have signed up or have partnered up with us have received emails on our progress.

To answer one of the questions earlier, we are building it from scratch that would be correct. This is precisely why we had to postpone our launch as some of our functions were not quite ready yet.

haven't played yet but going to check the site now and see how the room looks like , so excited since the pictures they posted earlier were really unique
not sure why they haven't updated the thread here though

Just deposited on this site and their deposit system is bad. You only have 15 mins to deposit your BTC and getting network confirmation. Knowing BTC network, you can never confirm a transaction in under 15 mins. What's worse is they didn't state minimum deposit amount. Only when you check email, you realized its $10+ minimum. I wonder those who blindly created an account and did a test deposit below $10 what happens to their money.

Just created an account to look into it deeper, first of all the site looks simple but nice. Secondly about the payment system, aside the issue mentioned above, I also do not like it because a little bit complicated as when I click the deposit button then it gives me a new window to https://commerce.coinbase.com/charges/xxxxxxx. Does it mean that this site is cooperated with coinbase for the payment system? Afaik coinbase is not friendly with gambling industry, but this site using coinbase?

To address the questions above:

There are transactions that are confirmed wtihin that time and for the transactions that are not - your account is still automatically updated and credited once confirmed on our end. After the countdown has stopped, if it still has not confirmed yet, simply close the tab and return to your account a few more minutes later. You may also contact our support and we will get back to you within the same hour in case there are any problems.

Regarding the second question - the $10 minimum withdrawal is for funds associated with bonuses or freerolls. You may freely withdraw any amount of funds as long as they came from you or from winnings.

For the moment yes. Coinbase has two separate departments. What you are referring to is their public wallets. We are using a business account which has entirely different terms of service. In our terms of service, gambling is perfectly fine because we as a business are not gambling. We only accept payments and send them back upon withdrawals.

I don't have anything in my mind regarding promotion , but doing something competitive for cash games or sit n goes should bring some action

EDIT : also noticed that you made the rake 10% for HUSNG which is really big , most sites have the rake 3-5% for these games cause they finish really fast

I am using my mobile phone and I can log in but I can't scroll through the tournaments. If I touch anywhere in the tournaments section it will load up an empty table. I tried to sign up for a freeroll for like 20 min to no avail. Guess I have to use my PC

We had last minute issues with mobile when trying to optimize it for iPhone X. Check in with us in the next couple of days as we should have it sorted by then.

For the time you can use our Windows client for the best experience.

I see you added the turbo heads up , can you please add the hyper turbo where the starting stack is 500 ?
also played one heads up game and there was an add on which I found really weird cause I played sit n goes in many sites and none of them had add ons for SNG

That shouldn't happen, we are currently looking into it and it will be fixed.

No problem! Rake will be handled soon for SnG. The rake for cash games is actually lowest on the market at below 4%!

Regarding the 1/2mBTC games, this was already here. The tables are named 'Last man standing' and 'Clash of titans' including a omaha higher stakes table + heads up table.
