For $30 yes it's an instant buy especially if you're into shooting games. If you can find friends to play with you it's a real thrill going around as a squad covering each other. Now I do want to warn you that the game does have bugs it's definitely not perfect and if you expect the game to be "balanced" it's not.

No, it's waste of money. You will only burn $30. Just stick with CS 1.6. It's heaven better than PUBG. Unreal Tournament is still better than this bad game. You can still buy CS:GO, you won't regret because even though 1.6 was better, CS:GO is best FPS made in this decade I have played.

Online games are never worth your time. Eventually it'll size to exist and you'll be left only with wasted time. Story driven 10-20h games are ok because they don't require much of your time and time is the most valuable resource.
