Dear friends!

I faced to a great broblem with poloniex. They closed withdrawal to me from this year. I sent documents for verification. I had some failed attempts because of bad quality of the cam on my PC. After that they blocked me for futher attempts. I opened support ticket. They unblock my account and let me to upload fotos insted of making them by pc' cam. At the beginning of January (5th-6th) I sent fotos of my documents. After two weeks I opened support ticket #714296 and then after 2 months they closed my ticket with no answer (!!!) I can't find any other ways to contact them (I already wrote them in Twitter). It looks like they want to steal my money, because 2.5 months is a crazy time for verification. In twitter I found a lot of people with same problems.

May be we can to gather all our tickets here and push them? I don't know what to do else.

Anyway I will happy to recieve your advises.

Thank you in advance

Are you sure that is the full story. You haven't omitted any other facts? They seem like a credible exchange - I doubt they would malign their reputation for a few coin. Therefore my assessment is that you have failed (on numerous ocassions?) to reach a certain level of security clearance. What crypto(s) and amounts are you trying to withdraw anyway??

I don't use Poloniex so I'm not sure how they structure withdrawals, but if its anything to go by, it seems you have a withdrawal limit based on the minimum level of KYC performed.

Now I know this for a fact - to sign up (and be allowed to trade), they would have probably asked for the usual identity documents, proof of address, and maybe a selfie of you holding your ID/passport?
I am assuming at this level you probably are only entitled to withdraw a maximum of maybe 2 BTC?

I would strongly suggest that you go to a friend, maybe even an internet cafe - where there is a good quality HD webcam available. Then use their realtime support/chat widget and advise the agent that you wish to initiate a live cam session in order to perform KYC so that you can be approved for the maximum withdrawal. Be sure to have your documents in hand (ID, proof of address etc...). They might ask you some questions.
This might suffice. Try it.

That's poloniex! Must accept the fact that the length of the delay with the answers , sometimes problem resolving occurred much faster than answer to support ticket.
Example I received answer after 60 day, although problem was resolved long time ago. So I wish you patience.

Status is "Pendung", so I can't to re-upload the documents and they don't have real-time support - just very slow ticket-support

is this related to the required verification of legacy account?
I haven't traded much in the last few months and not verified yet, I'm getting worried Undecided
what was the reason they blocked your withdrawal in the first place?
because I think even without being verified they will still allow us to withdraw our last balance

Withdrawals will remain enabled at the daily withdrawal limits prior to the deadline.

Correct even there are many users put negative feedback in poloniex still i used that exchange because base on my experience i do not encounter any problem specially in deposit and withdrawal.
IMO those users tells that this is scam because of the coins listed in that exchange that lost its volume that is why the coin is the scam and not the site.

It happens. As other commentators marked, Poloniex is a reputable exchange with pretty long history and solid reputation. I seriously doubt that they would try to fool customers only to get a few extra hundreds or thousands dollars. The problem may be with your account – big exchanges try to meet KYC/AML requirements because they don’t want to face problems with governments. Maybe, your activity was suspicious or something like this? Anyway, it’s better to contact Poloniex customer support once again (on Twitter or other social networks) and then simply wait a bit. I’m sure everything will be OK.

Poloniex is one of the worst exchanges next to Hitbtc. I would withdraw and never use them again if i were you.
