Why don't you address Slow death's valid concern? It's not the first and definitely not the last time exchanges hide themselves behind whois privacy, and more often than not, that turns out to be for obvious reasons. I'm not saying you fit in that category by default, but that's not how a legit minded and open exchange works. In this case trust is essential and a verifiable whois source would be appreciated. You basically ask people to entrust their funds with your exchange, but in return you don't give people anything to make them trust you.... It works both ways in the regular market, but you offer only one way traffic.
