Hi guys
The goals of the idea
Maintain the reputation of the Forum and its members
Maintaining the interests of the members and all those involved in the market
Everyone suffers from fraud campaigns
the Old  members have a great responsibility and have expertise to take advantage of
I thinking about a mechanism to discover the scam bounty campaigns  at the beginning
It is through the vote of the members (the oldest and the experts in particular) each according to his rank
Each rank shall have a degree of confidence commensurate with it
The grades are divided according to campaign analysis factors (team, whitepaper, campaign manager, etc.)
Each member's vote will show either his or her/ his name
This voting shall be published on a subject devoted to this purpose
For all members to see before joining any campaign
This is an initial idea and I invite everyone to discuss it and make add or change it

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.
