The minimum bet was .5 of either mBTC, mLTC, mDASH, Finney.  We have changed that down to .3 mBTC so that the minimum BTC bet isn't prohibitive.

yes no minimum and no  maximum deposit , you will receive the 6 btc in bonus once you deposit at least 5 mbtc
and yes if you lose your deposit or even win and withdraw the money the bonus will still be active and you can continue your wagering once you deposit again
