As of the moment, BTC and Altcoins are continuous rising. BTC value is $8,751.46 while ETH is $593.64. Just relax dude its just the first quarter of the year it may go down and up sometimes thats the nature of cryptocurrency market which is so volatile. You have to hold your coins until you meet your desired/target profit.

To me, there is not set time for selling your coin. It all depends on how much profit you wish to make that's all, you may wish to sell at $20k another may wish to sell at $15k. So that's how it works.

I think that you should wait as long as it takes for the market to recover fully, you don't need to get impatient. As the market wouldn't go down forever. It would definitely rebound sooner or later.
