I would be very careful with predictions for the price in two years period. For a bitcoin this is a long time because market is changing very quickly, I would say faster than before and it can't be predicted in what direction situation will develope.
We have already touched 20000$ so it looks like this would be easy to reach again and I think we will but maybe this time we would have to wait longer. But once we'll be there again further progress would go easier.

One of the toughest things is to give a prediction on bitcoin prices honestly, the previous year no one thought bitcoin will sore up so high and people speculated even higher prices for 2018 but as well all currently see is bitcoin fell hard. Still, as it is just speculation I would say that 20 k for the end of 2018 that would be the best estimation for now.

See i like the way you have precisely mentioned the prices for bitcoin this year in USD but all these are mere predictions and in this line where price fluctuates every hour because of its volatility speculations are of less help as anything could happen like pump or dump within few days.So we cant tell where it will stand at this year. But still we can see the prices up-to $25k if everything goes on favor.

Based on what? It will never reach that price because there is only almost one year and a half left, and more than x13 of the actual price is pretty impossible.

At the end of 2018 price of bitcoin will be approximately between 12064 to 14974 dollars. at the end of 2019 price of bitcoin will be 25920 to 30150 and at the end of 2020 price of bitcoin will be 49557 to 57383 dollars.

i respect your opinion and prediction but i think it's way too low, might be possible if current market condition will stay long but in my opinion it will not,
for the end of this year i was thinking of bitcoin's closing price at 25k usd to 30k. no prediction yet for 2019 since i don't want to make one as market is too volatile and hard to predict what's coming.

Absolutely no use to be so specific in your predictions because it's not going to happen. It's like a gamble. Justify why you think this is going to happen, and give an estimate or range instead of being so damn random and specific.

I'd say that you're so far off with your predictions that you're not even in the vicinity here. BTC could reach $18k this year, but do you really think that it's going to happen since we're clearly in a downward slope at the moment and we're probably consolidating at a lower level gradually throughout the year? Also, I don't think you'll see a pump from $8k to $70k within 2 years. What happened in 2017 was a lot of hype and it's highly unlikely to repeat again within a 2 year span. Just my 2 cents.

I'd say that you're so far off with your predictions that you're not even in the vicinity here. BTC could reach $18k this year, but do you really think that it's going to happen since we're clearly in a downward slope at the moment and we're probably consolidating at a lower level gradually throughout the year? This year up to year 2020 I guess that bitcoin price will play for the average of $10k to $16k. Let's just don't expect big amount in bitcoin, just let it be as long as bitcoin is alive then it'll be okay that to have a good amount today and then disappear tomorrow.

100k is too much and it is not possible to reach new heights in short period of time, sometimes it is very hard to digest that bitcoin will reach to 100k.
Many big people are predicting it will reach more than $25K, it is possible because already we have seen the growth rate in the previous year. So there might be a chance for it to reach $25k.

Your prediction for this year is even realistic and not that much with those people who are telling that bitcoin can be $30,000+ and I want to see it so I can start cashing out. But if it starts to move at $18,000 then that's a better progress for this year.

It's little bit difficult to predict the price for Bitcoin 2018 to 2020. But I can ensure that Bitcoin price will be the high price then the other coin in the world. So it’s high time to start journey with Bitcoin.

Most people who own bitcoin want the price to be very high, for example I want the price to be very high. But we have to find that because of regulation the price is not increasing much like last year and besides lastly we have not had good news like last year. If there is no good news... price drop because some people have already made very high profits, so they sell because do not expect the price to increase.

I think for 2020 the price will be around $30,000 or even $40,000.

While it is really hard to predict what bitcoin will do tomorrow, its really insane to even imagine what it could be two years from now. I mean we did see bitcoin going up and down 10%+ daily constantly. We saw it reach ATH in couple days, we saw it drop down in couple weeks. It is really hard to estimate what it could be. However my guess would be definitely above the ATH limits of $20k.

Big two reasons would be the new people coming in constantly and the halving will cause the miners to mine bitcoin with a higher cost. Include the devaluation of fiat currencies because of inflation and you got yourself a bitcoin that worth a lot.

Why do you think that there would be no profit for the longterm? Holding long term has been really the only reliable method for earning a profit. Everyone is still bullish on Bitcoin, the price having a small jump and going sideways afterwards happens all the time. No reason to think that the price won't go up in the long term. Trying to play the market in the short term almost always results in losses, that is pure gambling.

Now it is complicated to say something about the future price after two years because we have no surety that the demand rate at that time will have decreased or increased which is causing probability.

Furthermore experts are predicting that in the next six months the price of Bitcoin would have crossed the 30k dollar figure without any doubt but I still say that it will be an uncertain value because almost all the actual values are uncertain with predictions.

Between 2018 and 2020, the price of BTC is likely to increase slowly, the price of altcoin will gradually decline, and the market funds will gradually flow to BTC.
