Bitcoin can still be a global currency in the next years to come, though right now bitcoin has limited features and is only good for investment, i still believe for its promising future waiting.

Bitcoin is the only currency which can be the currency of the internet, we are watching bitcoin being use as way of payments for online, even being in limit bitcoin is wide enough and almost every state of life bitcoin has high potential and growing energy, bitcoin is still global currency because bitcoin is being use as source of payment almost in every corner of the world, there are high possibilities to see bitcoin as global currency, it will take only a few years to announce bitcoin official currency all over the world.

It's not the only one that can be the internet's currency, I wouldn't agree there. I still find it way too useful to use other forms of instant payment (mobile credit for example?) for things that are not essential or don't require the privacy or security that Bitcoin can promise. Of course, I also think it is the most suitable one to be used everywhere now. I bet you could exchange Bitcoin in any country you visit, but not any of other hundreds and thousands of currency, whether fiat, digital or crypto. That's how powerful Bitcoin is.

for the scope of the country globally maybe bitcoin can not achieve it but individually in various countries I think bitcoin is a virtual currency that has been widely used by everyone around the world. so I think that's the greatness of bitcoin, although many countries are opposed to the existence of bitcoin as a decentralized crypto currency that can be used for various transactional and investment activities but the fact that bitcoin exists is acceptable across societies around the world.

I know that bitcoin is not accept all countries but after few years this bitcoin are accept all bank and also all market buy and sell product.  Now bitcoin price is too much low before December 2017 i am sure this year bitcoin price is 20k. Yes, of course, Bitcoin is not going to be a global currency. Bitcoin will continue to be a digital currency that only lives and survives on the internet. Although the price of Bitcoin bis touches the price is very high but this does not change Bitcoin into the global currency.

It is true that bitcoin needs the Internet and it was designed to be used over the Internet, however I think you're having a very limited view of what it can be accomplished with bitcoin, in the future we will be able to exchange our bitcoins for physical goods in any store it will be very similar to using credit cards or debit cards once that happens using bitcoin all over the world will be very easy.

With the increased rate of adoption of bitcoin from all the corners of the world and seeing the interest of people in the usage of it for their international businesses and the convenience of the usage of this currency instead of the fiat currency we can say that in the future bitcoin will be the global currency. In the current age USD is used as a global currency and not many people have that currency instead it is with only those people who need international use. while bitcoin is with all of them who even do not use it for international use and those people also have bitcoin who want to just save their money.
