There have been instances when the best rated ICOs also turned out to be scams. Recently there was a campaign named Freelancer coin and the owners had claimed that it was backed by McAfee. This news obviously ignited interest inside people and they invested in it. The campaign was successful in raising a lot of money, but just after ICO, everyone vanished. You fail to get the main point here. It's a market based on supply and demand. If people keep being reckless and don't care about anything they invest in, where some times they knowingly invest in scam ICO's, then who's fault is it exactly?
