Yeah, I think it is important to check the team and their credibility before investing in the project.

Very important, obviously. I believe by now, anyone who wants to invest in this community should have been able to get used to the fact that this is a community where things will always be decentralized until probably we start seeing some form of regulation which would even be cleaning the space a whole lot and more of the reason why one should always be very careful of what is being held.

As long as you are holding a credible project with product backing it up which would tend to be useful and also legally operating, then there should be no issue.

I really do not think that regulation is going to clean up the space, what it is going to help us to get rid of many of the scam icos is simply the fact that investors are getting smarter, even if you do not like it if you are scammed a few times then you're going to become a lot more careful about where you put your money, those lessons can be very expensive especially if you invested a huge amount of money, but the more painful to experience the faster you learn.

The development/growth of crypto is increasingly flare up and the market is getting crowded, there will be many things that turn to crime/scams, here we just have to be able to continue can be learning many things related to the smells of scams, well.. I think we would be more knowing which's deceptive and which are not by over time due anyhow we can learning a lot of things from the experiences or something that can be known from the various sources/informs.

Of course we have to be careful on what we have investing, specifically when it comes to a huge amount of money, because there's a lot of ICO's that are just making money for their own sake. That's why we have to make a lot of research first about the ICO before we start to invest with it, to avoid of losing to much money and regretting later.

As far as I think so, investing all your money at the right place is something far more important than that of the collecting the money for the sake of investing. If you will not be able to invest your money at the right place, then you will not be able get what all you want to get because of investing of your money. Invest wisely and then put in your best to make things happen in the right way.

I agree to you.  Not all ICO that we see are.  Some are made only to scam people and collect funds to those who believe in them. 
Itse very risky to invest in ICO because you don't know exactly who is your transacting with.  And the sad thing about it is you can't report them to the government because they don't hold ICO.
That's why we investors must be very careful .

I'm not trying to be too harsh and you but many members of the forum had said that coin was a scam for a very long time, where have you been? If you took the time to actually look at the coin instead of investing blindly you will have seen that investing in such a coin was a mistake, this is why it is very important to read the forum and other sources before investing because if you don't then the chances of getting scammed are higher.
