He probably wants you to send him ID and bank statements etc so he can use your details to sign up for ICOs.

I'll take my chances... At he's offering "No-collateral" unlike some of you greedy assholes. Which in my book makes him HUMAN!

Go to a bank and say the same thing, let's see how far it gets you. Being human also means being risk averse, and not making stupid decisions like giving people like you money with an insurance plan.

If he wants to sign up for ICOs LET HIM! ICOs are getting out of hand anyways - which is why I AVOID them like the plague!

update

Giving a non-collateral loan to a newbie with red trust is like throwing some coins down the drain. Dont ever expect to get the back let alone any interest on that. Only a miracle can help you and in real life miracles dont happen.  Grin

Okay folks...

SO...this is how it works:

You head over to Telegram.. have a chat with him, more like 1 line / 1 word answers.... he asks u how much u want and when you will pay back.

You give him the amount and payback period.

He tells u to sign up at some site called SQwerve.com  ... give him ur username and poof! he sends you the amount u wanted in SQ.

Basically if u wanted $1000 he will give you 1000SQ instantly.

What can you do with your SQ? ...You can log into your SQwerve account and look at all the SQ you have and feel special...other than that, not much else you can do with it.

So now, why is the OP doing this? I'm not sure really...when I ask him what are you supposed to do with SQ...he says "you can send it to anyone"

Anyone wanna buy SQ?  Grin  (kidding, I sent it back to OP)

What I suspect is that he owns the site, SQwerve... has a keystroke logger installed. So when you type in your email address and username, password and lost password reminder question and answer, he probably captures the information in hope that you would be silly enough to use the same login details, same lost password reminder and question as you do for your ur email account. Then he might simply try to take over your mail account. - Off course, this is just my theory...I could be wrong, not saying this is what the OP is doing but it's about the only thing that would make sense...unless the OP can offer another explanation?

Based on what youre saying he may also be SqAnnouncer (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1962377). You may be right though that he may be trying to steal login info because this SQ crap sounds useless.
