Currently I own a lot of altcoin, I bought them at ico. My account is being downgraded several times. There are many people who say bitcoin will continue to decrease, so altcoin prices also decreased compared to USDT. So now, should I sell them and wait for the price to buy back? Give me advice

That depends mate. Check the market, if the coins you are holding would not do you any good right now, and trading it would only lead to losses, then don't do it mate. Be smart with your investments, I am sure that everybody including yourself do business in this market to earn profit, therefore, if the move you will make would just give you losses instead of gains, then why even risk it and go through it. However, if you see that what you will do in terms of disposing your coins would give you profit, no matter how small or big it is, then do as you please. Having small profit is always better than having no profit at all.

I think you better wait for the price to improve again, if you sell it now I think it is not a good decision. you have to be patient because patience is the main key in the world of crypto, we should not be in a hurry to take the verdict. it's just my advice, however the decision is on you.

Rule #2 is if you need to sell, then do it above the price you originally bought, so that nobody loses money.

In my opinion. seen from the market movement of cryptocurrency. you should not sell the Altcoin you have now. because cryptocurrency market is not stable, and Altcoin price is down. You bought into a bubble and should have been selling for reasonable profit while it was going up. Instead, you held out of greed and now are screwed. You have no choice but to sit on them and hope they go back up to a level you can sell for some profit which could take some time (bitcoin took 3 years to get back to a point where those that bought at the previous ATH could sell again for a profit). Last time bitcoin did this sort of thing, it went from it's ATH to break even for miners over the course of a year. It stuck in that area for roughly a year and started to go back up again leading up to the halving. I don't see much reason why bitcoin wouldn't do the same thing again. And since ALTs follow bitcoin, I can see them continuing downward.

I think everybody should know by themself if they have to hold their coins or if they should sell it. Because thats an important decision which will do by yourself. So in this case, dont listen to any one else. If you had enough profit, you can sell it even when there a correction ongoing. The only case i wouldnt sell the coins is, when you are in loss. As slong as you are in loss, i would hold them and wait untill the market goes up. Because most the time patience will be rewarded.
