I really don't understand your statement if you want to argue with a complain?  I think you should post this on reputation or scam accusation and for your interest, you must accept the idea of racism in this forum if you are wise enough to evaluate to what things are you lacking.

I ain't sure this forum singles out any particular race or country for victimization. What I know happens here is prejudice held be certain self-acclaimed apostles-of-high-posting-standards who arrogant to themselves the "I know it all" tag. This is common among the high ranked members. And as for raising the bar on ICO bounties and showing the iron fist, I don't see that happening. This is why the altcoin section is the mess it is today.

I don't know of any other cases where rank has been demoted, but you were likely punished for some behaviour.

I don't know where did you get such a specific number of 3 days for notifications, but on this forum there are rarely any notifications before something happens. Very often decisions are retroactive.

I guess this is a bug somewhere. There's no way you are having 98 activities and remain a Newbie. The forum states anything above 30 activities is more than a Newbie. Hold on, it will soon be set back to normal. Forum promotion is automatically done and no one notifies you before hand. And I haven't seen anyone demoted since I joined here.

Firstly, this topic is posted in the wrong forum and belongs in Meta.  I don't think it's unfair to say that if you can't even post things in the right part of the forum, you shouldn't be eligible to attain higher ranks.  

Secondly, the forum has a big issue at the moment with low-quality posts.  This has nothing to do with your IP or location.  The new rules apply to everyone equally.  If you haven't earned any merits, you can't be a Jr Member anymore.

Read this thread and all will be explained.  In future, try to search the forums to see if there are any threads about it already.
