There's a lot of unknowns in your question but you'll probably get more answers on this more active freebitco thread where people have been reporting withdrawal issues for sometime.
Usually they seem to go through, although FUN seem to take longer.

I know what you feel. I am waiting for my withdrawal of FUN tokens 2 weeks already. I think they are exit scamming. That is very odd, this could lead to delisting from major exchanges and I don't know if they want that.

You might want to mention if you're getting an error or something, but to answer your question, apart from their "PR account ^{[it doesn't respond to any of the issues]}" that was active roughly 10 days ago and the newest member of their support team ^[CSFBC] who was active two months ago, none of their other representatives have logged in recently, so your best bet would probably be to send them an email: support@freebitco.in

I have a dark memory that I set up 2FA somewhere where I had to and it didn't work on my phone, so I used a web application.

you can apply a reset of 2FA but they will take some btc out of your account.

But this seems like an error in the log-in mask. I don't think I ever set 2FA, so why should I reset it?
