OK, my post here is about the halved base payout that a lot of users are experiencing, not the regular base payout and how to increase them and so on.

1. I'm a regular member just like you, and since wetsuit or Myfe who are the ones who have authority to address this issue are not responding I can only guess that it's done on purpose [the silence I mean].

2. I have posted earlier that this has happened before last year around the same time [March] and so I can only personally conclude that it's in their anti-abuse detection system.

3. It seems [and this is my personal opinion] just like the mystery of how much you have to deposit to make the captcha go away applies here. No, it's not more than double of your total winning. And I think it's not just about deposits, a combination of things also play a role, such as playing Multiply, buying lottery tickets, withdrawals etc. and maybe new accounts.

4. If you have contacted them and they have corrected this, I'm happy for you. But if you have contacted them and they have not, I'm afraid you will have to wait it out.

That is until they make an official announcement here.

If you said "they froze withdrawals and i put my time and money into it" then sure, be angry and call it a scam.
You don't have an obligation to use the site and they don't have an obligation to keep their Free roll prize the same as before.

Also, I personally wasn't "affected by the issue", so it isn't even a global thing.
Honestly I use this site more because of the interest rate than the Free rolls, the reality is that faucets exist just to introduce people into the crypto world, not to make money, because the payouts are incredibly low. To put you in perspective, 1 day of interest for me is more than 150 normal Free rolls.
The reason why I do Free rolls anyway is because it costs nothing more than 5 seconds and I'm an 18 year old so my time isn't that valuable.

Wait, I didn't think there was an app for freebitco.in because they never said anything about it, but in the play store there are 2 apps, Freebitcoin and Freedogecoin, both from the same publisher (Make Money Digital), and it has 50k downloads and 4.4 rating. Also I assume they know you balance and everything and they can up it, so it most likely isn't a cheap scam and they're actually real.
Think about it, how could an impostor know and up your balance?
Don't worry about it, they're not gonna take your Bitcoin.
Anyway just to be safe I won't download it (I can just use my mobile browser haha).

If this is the case, I wouldn't recommend using it as they could perfectly log usernames and passwords and eventually steal people's balances.
The description of the app in the play store says "All rights is reserved to freebitco.in website. We provide it in mobile with notifications and other services". This sounds nice and all, but basically means this is not owned by freebitco.in and carries a high risk.

Well I downloaded just to see how it worked (not gonna log in to be safe). Turns out when you open the app, you already have a referrer there. So this is why the people who made it did it. Probably not gonna scam because they must be making bank with this. Basically they have 50k referrals (minus the people who download it and already have an account). A LOT of money, these guys are geniuses.

Dude, I do realize they're giving out free BTC. What you don't realize is that it used to be double than this and I, as everyone else, just want to know why it has been halved. Possibly without people telling us we did something wrong to make it happen.

I would really like to know as well. I have never done anything shady: never used a app or anything. I have only visited the site to either deposit money or claim the free amount. I've been doing that for about a year. SO.. why is my earnings halved most of the time (depending on which IP address the router gives me, I sometimes I full reward as well as no captcha. But lately usually not). So why?

That's probably it. I think it's got something to do with how old your account is and how much money you deposited (or how much money you have in your balance maybe)
