Many bettors prefer the way we do it as they get a better return by betting early or a choice to bet late when more information that may affect the result is known (eg. the teams have been announced and a start player is injured). That actually makes it fairer, in fixed odds betting the odds will change in situations like that so the returns do vary depending on when you bet.

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, but you explained the matter badly. So you are returning really 95%, though not for everyone but first bettors can get theoretically over 100% and have great advantage.

Yes. You can enter all Bitcoin addresses on the withdraw page but you can't set the profile address (default withdrawal address) to a Bech32 address.

3) This happens when both devices have loaded the page when the claim was ready. Nothing wrong with that, as long as you don't bypass the cooldown. For the VPN, it's best not to use it when claiming.
4) The free payout is progressive; it increases when you wager and purchase lottery tickets and decreases when you claim. So yes, it can drop to 0 once the system determines your claims vastly outnumbers the amount wagered, especially on accounts that played with miniscule amounts (every claim is 3-digits worth of Sats).

The system is designed to only let you have one free roll per hour. As long as you don't use multiple accounts to get around that you will be OK.

Don't abuse by claiming more than one free roll per hour or steal referral commissions by self-referring. It's too obvious to need a ToS.

We have 2 types of ban. Automatic banning from free rolls but you can still use the rest of the site. This is triggered by certain behaviours that are common for bots.
Manual hammer ban if I find them abusing. Both are permanent unless you can convince me I made a mistake.

Tell him that the contact us form isn't a 24/7 support line and as it is the weekend I have been too busy to go through the several hundred messages in my inbox yet. From a quick look at that transaction, it looks like an odd one in that it has 6,653 outputs. We always restrict our withdrawals to a maximum of 500 outputs as most nodes on the network will not relay larger transactions. This has probably caused our node not to see it. I'll have to get wetsuit to check it out to be sure. Tell your friend not to worry but it might not get resolved until we are in the office on Monday.


Edit: I've gone through the support emails and your friend has explained the problem. The deposit is from a mining pool and the way they handle their own transactions sometimes can cause the automatic crediting of deposits not to work. I have emailed wetsuit to ask him to look at it but I'm not sure if he will be available to do it today.
