I don't have such issue and I haven't saw anyone else reporting similar issue. So, most likely that there is something wrong on your side. Maybe someone have access to your account and made a bet. Now I don't remember is it pending bets is shown somewhere in your account.
I suggest to change your password and set 2FA to be sure that only you will be able to login to your account.

That's the most likely. Check on your roll history where you can expand each entry to show your balances before and after.

If you can't see any suspicious roll on your betting history. You can check on your email for an unknown login attempt. My freebitcoin account too was attempted to login of unknown user and try to change email multiple times recently. You can request to support for the list of your IP login to verify there is a hacker that accessing your account.

From the screenshot you posted they have already successfully hacked your account. You need to be logged in to turn on 2fa to change the email. The most likely is that you used the same password on another site and that site's database has been leaked. Alternatively, you may have malware on your device and they were able to hijack your last session by stealing your cookies. Either way, you should log into your account and change the password to stop the emails coming through.

At no time do we keep more than 5% of our total bitcoins in the hot wallet which is used for making payouts. The hardware wallet is used as a "warm" wallet and bitcoins are transferred from it to the hot wallet as required. Our paper wallets serve as our "cold" storage with the wallets generated on an air-gapped computer running Tails OS. Our hardware and paper wallets are also secured against physical theft as the hardware wallet requires a pin code and encryption password to access and the private keys in the paper wallet are encrypted which means that the coins in the wallet cannot be accessed without having both the private key and the encryption password. We also keep physical copies of the cold storage wallets at multiple locations.

That needs a small update in that the Trezor has been replaced with a Ledger. I would recommend anyone using Coinbase to read their ToS and search for the word "gambling".

it happened by mistake as I wasnt aware of rules and how to play so I betted with small amount 0.00000001 and then by mistakenly I clicked max amount and then as soon as I clicked HI all the bitcoins gone

That isn't true. When you hit max a popup box appeared that said:

Are you sure you wish to bet the maximum amount? Click OK if you would like to proceed else click CANCEL.

You then clicked OK and decided to place the bet.

They did earn a partial refund in the 5,200,000 reward points they can encash. That's a part of what the house edge pays for.

The second you hit the roll button, you lost the privilege to call it your money and I strongly doubt that you'd get it back, and from what I saw in one of your screenshots, they offered you ~0.065 while that's just 1% of your money, I'd suggest you take that and move on whichever way you can (and suicide is never an option!)

If that's all the money you had in your life, I don't even blame you for (mistakenly) gambling it all as you've said, but why the fuck would you deposit that on a gambling platform to begin with ? and if you had won as other users have already stated, you sure as hell would not have returned the money to freebitcoin...
