They are not selling its just a promotion if someone reach on required Reward Points then he can buy or if not then he can cashout these Reward Points without any problem as minimum requirement is 100,000 Rewared Points for cash out.

Yes you are right its admin or TheQuin duty to update these rates weekly or monthly for better response but they never do this from start so just because of this no one going for these things in long run.

If you don’t want it, don’t redeem for it. Nobody is forcing you to. It’s over priced so it’s buyer beware, same as literally every other consumer interaction everywhere else someone is selling something. If you’ve got that many RP, you could redeem them for btc, transfer it off site and buy the iPhone at a more reasonable cost. Since RP are just an extra rewards program anyway that doesn’t need to be offered, criticizing it is a bit much.

It is not permanent, the percentage will go down every time you make a faucet claim. The only way to maintain this bonus is to gamble a lot.

That's a pretty good explanation. The estimated odds show what is in the prize pool at the time. It's not possible to predict what bets will be placed in the future that will change what is in the prize pool. There was a website that used to do this type of betting that I liked years ago.  I can't remember what it was called, but that's how I learned how it works. It used to do everything on chain though, as opposed to the offchain betting that occurs on this site (which is an improvement in my opinion as long as you can trust the operator). The onchain stuff was back in the days when transaction fees were dust, and the dust represented fractions of a penny so it was no big deal to have the on chain transactions, and it also served as a transparency check on the operator.
