Hey guys, need help! My father has been playing on freebitco.in for quite a while and in January he withdraw btc and as I understand they went to btc adress which was given to him in his profile. We don't know how to send them to another adress or even better how to exchange them for real money so I am asking for help about this!

I don't exactly understand your problem. Did your father withdraw money to BTC address which was added on his Freebitco.in profile, but it doesn't belongs to him? If yes, there is no way to retund these BTC. Or I missunderstood you? Have you tried to contact Freebitco.in support and explain your problem?

Well when he opened account he was automatically assigned btc adress from that page, I tried opening acc and I got it too, and he withdraw coins there. So now he has btc adress with coins inside and we dont know how to transfer it or exchange it for real money.

I see it on blockchain and how much is there but I cant do anything with it.... Sorry we are not really internet people so it is little hard for me to explain problem...

That's your deposit address that we use as your profile address until you enter your own Bitcoin wallet address.

No. "Deposit" means you can send Bitcoins to that address and they will be credited to your account balance. As well as this forum being a valuable source of information about Bitcoin you can easily find the answers to your other questions using an internet search engine such as Google.

There are cold and hot wallets. Because of hacks in the past and development of technology, exchanges and platforms change from hot wallet to cold wallet for safety of their funds.

So when customers make deposit to a hot wallet, a platform will move it to their cold wallet, and credit a number to customer account. Later when that customer submit a withdrawal request, that platform will approve (or disaprove) that request, and send a number of coins requested to withdrawal address of that user.

Number of coins stored in hot wallet is not big and platforms nowadays store most of their funds in their cold wallets.

And it seems I didn't actually have to wait 2 hours because I posted shortly after rolling and it showing 2 hours. Now I rolled again, approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes later. So I guess just a glitch

My father explained more detailed problem, he played on both freedoge.co.in and freebitco.in sites, after doge site shut down, they offered to convert dogecoins to btc and send them to freebitco.in (still that form is up when you go to doge site), after that, freebitco.in sent email that transaction was sent to the withdraw adress in his freebitco.in profile and provided blockchain transaction (he played on that site for 5-6 years but never opened wallet so only deposit and withdraw address is the one he got when he opened profile). After that mail he noticed that btc he had on freebitco.in were also withdrawn so his profile was empty even though he didnt request withdrawal on freebitco.in, just filled out form on dogesite for conversion of dogecoins to btc in freebitco.in

So coins are on that withdrawal address in freebitco.in profile but we dont know to deposit it back to freebitco.in or transfer them to wallet we recently created, still reading forum, google and trying things but without much success....

The lock term dictates how much interest you will get on on your FUN, that's all.

The length of time you hold your 2500 FUN dictates how many WOF you get whether you lock them or not
