It would certainly help to reduce counterfeit fraud but cash is always needed for local markets and unconnected places in the country. If there is a massive nationwide wifi service that can connect everyone then it is possible to go cashless, but it would require a lot of user training and many will resist

It is said now China is a cashless society. Use of debit and credit cards in shops/stores, online pay bills, shopping online.
Money earned from the internet is known as digital/electronic money. People who earn money from the internet, they get paid money in electronic form by payment processors such as skrill, perfectmoney, alipay, paypal, bank-wire transfers because online workers are worldwide.
Last month, I got $20 from online surveys. The money was sent to my bank account via online payment processor. Now if I buy 2 shirts using debit cards at offline or online stores, there is no cash involved but I have 2 shirts.
Bitcoin is a part of digital money. How is digital money is your country ??

With the proliferation of electronic and digital currencies, cash flows have ended, including the circulation of paper money and gold COINS.
Bitcoin is pushing us further into a cashless society until people stop using cash and everything is done and paid electronically.

Long time till we're going to become a cashless society. Lots of people from under developed countries still depend on cash and many are not even familiar of credit cards or electronic payments. We definitely are going there, but at least 50 years from now.

Authorities around the world specially in Asia recognizing Bitcoin and expecting to finalized this year, they have attempted to rein in the global boom in trading Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency a form of digital money created and maintained by it's users. In China they start to banned initial coin offering and shut down local trading platforms, while the South Korea where speculation on cryptocurrencies is also life is working on plans to ban virtual coin exchange.
If gold can replace barter system and paper money can then replace gold, it is not impossible for crypto currencies to become the new medium of exchange. With the changing times, everything evolves. Nothing can remain same forever. Digital currencies are fast, secure, anonymous, easy to carry and more profitable due to which the number of people interested in here is increasing gradually. It won’t take long before crypt coins mainstream.

I do not think our society would be fully label as cash less society.

I really believe that cryptocurrency is the future but right now, digital money isn't really taking over the whole world and I guess it is still a long process to have a cashless society because of cryptocurrency. It is not easy just to just wipe out all the cash in the society just because there is "Digital Money" trend. I think not every single person in the world will adapt digital money since there are still many people who doesn't support change in the world.

It is time to accept that in modern days there is no place for the chests full of money so obviously the only solution is digital money, easy to use and to trace.

Most of the time, people sit back to think of what means of transaction they should comply in terms of safety and security. Many people become very busy with work activities and find a little time in paying for bills and other things. Just last year, a friend of mine paid his bills of $30 using this digital transaction. After payment, he continued with the other task he was to accomplish hence helping to save time and ene

I don't know for sure whether this formula is the correct one. As for me, the presence of digital currency provides us with many opportunities to earn money. As for me, it is the best innovation of the modern times

In my state, its almost same as China but there are still many offline stores that collects cash from their customers. Here, there are many people who stops or opt-out from using the credit cards because according to them, it makes them spend more. You don't blame them though, everyone have their preference. I don't think the world may adapt or become a cashless society.
Yes I agree with this statement. Fiat money have been part of everyone's lives for so many years. I do not think it would be possible to fully label our society as "Cashless Society".

Digital money can really help the security of people. It can also reduce the rate of holdapers or snatchers. Transaction will be much faster and hassle free I think for a cashless society evryone needs to know about cryptocurrencues or digital money.Cash is used by every person in the world and it cannot be overtaken by any form of currency.Cash is being used from traditional time period and it is accepted internationally.Cash can be used anywhere and anytime unlike digital currency whuch requires an internet connection.Digital currency needs some basic knowledge about it but this is not the case with simple cash and can be used by anyone.

Digital cash doesn't mean cashless society but a eassier transaction for currencies circulating an institution. It will just be a great help and not a treat for the extinction of fiat money
