I'm trying to bring some exposure to
http://echo.ego.af but am new to the crypto world. This is a really cool project that grants tokens for good tweets, tweet favorites, and according to a source with the dev team is being used to fight fake news. You get tokens just for connecting if you don't share a lot of fake news.
They are working on partnerships with media organizations and non-profits to provide exclusive access to content, events, and products in exchange for your echo coins. All you need to do is connect your twitter account. Your tweets are not stored in the database and they do not capture your e-mail address, they just send tokens for good content.
I have a meeting with the founder on Wednesday and would like to offer additional ideas on things the community would like to see the token be used for or additional features the project might benefit from. I think it'd be really cool if we could use crypto to fight bots and make our feeds more trustable. Sorry if this post is outside the norm, I'm not trying to raise money for them and I'm not sharing an affiliate link, I just want to see a good project succeed.
