both have their own deficiencies and advantages. with the trading you can get profit every time you do trading but not a few people who suffer losses,
not much different from ICO you may get big advantage of new coins without having to have strategy but many ICO that lead to fraud

Day trading is most preferable today cause you are the one making it to grow and play it in the market.  Participating ICOs today seems to be in high risk and not really sure if you've got profit in the end cause mostly coins prices may dump when it launch in the market which is having a huge difference from ICO price.

in my opinion day trading is better than ICOs because ico can be fake and you will lose all your money. in day trading you can lose but not all your money. in this reason i do not join ICOs.
It's much safer to do trading if we don't want to do the hassle of researching and putting effort to analyze the ICO concerns, its legibility, and ideas, but if the ICO have more benefits to the investor, I think being an investor is a good sign too. It depends on what was comfortable at. There is much assurance tho if we see it already in exchanges.

I think it really depends on your confortability, because if you do daytrading of course you really need some time in a day to focus on day trading. While in ICO’s there is less monitoring but the risky part is much higher compared to doing trading.

Day trading is very high stressfull and you can earn good money but you can lose big money easily, so I'm long term investor and sometimes if there is good ico, I participate to ico also.

I think there both good but the one who give you a high profit in just a small peroid of time is the new ICO and you can earn more than 10x in your investments in just a few months. In trading as will but compare to new ico tokens trading is more secure and the tokens already in exchanger so you have a guarantee already that you can sell your tokens anytime.

My personal preference is hunting for the best ICOs than day trading. While trading you need to be constantly glued to the monitor watching the price fluctuation, developing your strategy, setting aims and putting stop losses. That exhausts you a lot and if you don't keep your head clean - you are prone to mistakes. ICO are tough too, but at least you have some variety of projects and you can evaluate your risks somehow based on your personal research.

I dont like day trading because it is more risky than long term trading in day trading you may lose your money or it will stock at a low price if you choose a wrong coin to do day trading i prefer in long term only. We all know that ICO also a bet risky and there is a big chance that you may lose all your money in one coin the only thing you have to do is check the back ground of there team and take that risk.

Day trading and ICO are two different business in crypto market but basics is profit earning which will be more in ICO than day trading. ICO's gove maximum returns for your investment provided you choose a potential and legit project, not all the ICO's are successful. In day trading you earn profit based on the existing crypto and you may have bunch of charts and analysis to verify before investing which is more safe for an investor compared to ICO.

It is a popular investment in the market today. iCOs is a long-term investment plan, to achieve a substantial profit with ico, you need token holdings for at least 6 months. Because then, they have built marketing campaigns and found partners to promote the image and brand as well as token gadgets >>> increased popularity. day trading really takes a lot of time. Data and fluctuations can always make a profit or a loss at any time. Assertiveness and good speculation are essential for day trading.

The possibility of making a lot of money in one day, via day trading, is alluring to most.  However, if you're working a full-time job (or two) how can you spend time watching the market to know when to buy and sell?  I'm in a few other groups and people are often promoting ICOs as the way to go.  They definitely require less monitoring.  What do y'all think?
yup, that is correct, day trading is a very profitable job just for short term profit but it takes more times and more stressful than investing ICOs, if you still want to have profit from Trading, you will have to work full time with cryptos, in contrast, anyone still want to have profit from long time will be very suitable for holding long term.

Now there is a very large number of ICO and it is difficult to make the right choice. As for me, the most reliable way is to invest in the right cryptocurrency and hold it.

In this situation, it all depends on your skills and experience, if you know how to distinguish good projects from bad ones, then why not invest in ICO?

I choose day trading over ico crowdfundings because day trading gives me option to cash out  my initial investment directly. But icos don't give you that option, they need to enter in market. You are gonna have hard time holding.

For me I am much preferable also of day trading rather than ICO investment, because in day trading what we really need is to carefully watch the market which potential coins to buy in a dip price and sell it when the price going high by 10%-20% higher than the price that we bought it. We can get easily our profit in a short time of investment, while in ICO maybe we can buy dump price of coins during public selling but still have the risk because we really not sure if it's price will rise during market launching. But it depends the market situation as well.

Strategy of investing in ICOs is much more profitable during Bullish Trend. Now, most of coins/tokens right after ICO cost x1.5-x2 lower than ICO price.

Problem with ICO's is getting on an exchange. It can be a lengthy, highly expensive process and that's if they even reply to you. If your ICO's project doesn't shake hands with the right people they might have a very hard time getting listed anywhere.

Everyone is welcome to apply for listing on the Nebula but for every coin we accept 4 fail our evaluation process. Markets getting a wee bit saturated...

day trading and ico's are both hard and risky but if i were to choose one id say id go with ico's because ico's are sometimes free in the form of joining a bounty or an airdrop

while day trading or trading for short is a bit hard and requires skills , knowledge , dedication , patience , etc. You need to posses almost all the good traits in order to achieve success when doing trades.

Trading isnt also free because itll need a starting capital in order to get started.

for me it is better to invest in ICOs, but you need to study and learn more about the ICO you will investing if it is worth it to invest in, this is more less hassle and stressful rather than doing day trading.
