This scammer is still not banned
What evidence do you have that the scammer has not been banned?
Is there any evidence that they have been sending PM's or Posting?
I see that the same day they sent you the PM, was the last time they've posted. It is entirely possible that action has already been taken,
that day and the account has been banned. Meaning you've been carrying on without a purpose for quite some time now. There is no reason to tag it, if this is the case, because the account would be unusable.
