Hello all, this is a public service announcement, based on what I have seen at Bitoomba Roulette. Their system is currently broken, and while 100% fine to take your bet money, is absolutely 100% not paying out winning bets. Beware and do not bet until they get their payout system fixed.

Edit: it's fixed, feel free to delete mods.

Did you actually bet and win and not get paid?  Or did you just "hear" this?

https://www.bitoomba.com/roulette/ look at the recent wins, none have been paid out (paid tx). I didn't just "hear" this I witnessed it, go try it if you don't believe me Tongue

It means the hot wallet is empty, it happens. Give the site max of 24 hours before making any announcement such as this post.

@KingOfSports you're probably right, but perhaps the website should give a status on the contents of the hot wallet so players are informed before they begin playing. I am not claiming it's a scam or anything, but for the time being the payouts are not processing.

Hi,

Just to clarify a few things:

1. Our roulette is not broken (all of our other games are safe and sound as well) - all winnings are paid automatically for anonymous players and instantly upon withdrawal request for registered users.
2. We have more than enough funds to cover for winnings, our wallet is never empty - never happened and will never happen.

We are here to stay!  Smiley

Good luck!

Yup, things are looking a-Okay now, but there was a period of like 6 hours were payments weren't processed.

I was checking your site, hope you can clarify two things for me.

1) What are those "TrxID" ? Certainly not the typical txid that blockchain.info would show info for, none of them work (i.e., if you click on them, blockchain.info will reply "transaction not found").

2) How can you claim your wallet will never be empty ? Are all your funds always in the hot wallet ?

Thanks.

Sure,

1. Registered users' bets don't have a TrxID, only anonymous bets. We are now working on displaying the usernames as well as a betting summary for a username. Being registered enables easy multi betting as well as playing all of our games with the same wallet.

2. No, we have a big enough balance to cover for jackpot wins and we are constantly monitoring our "hot wallet" making sure everything will keep running smoothly. 3 Months in operations and so far so good  Smiley

Also needless to say, we provide email support (support@bitoomba.com) and we're also here, listening  Wink

Well now they are not paying winnings deliberately and not because of "technical problem" - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=346286.0

Actually it is not the first time and they should be avoided by a mile.

Don't play with them in any case!
