Usually such projects are subject to increased demands, as they live in a competitive environment. The system, in which the expert system with AI, which automatically selects employers for employers, and for job seekers - employers, wins.

Yes this will allow people to freelance recruit for employers. It will not prohibit traditional methods from putting forward potential employees either, job boards, aggregators, agencies etc. will all get the chance to put their traffic through the Jobchain system. |

The API is for integration with any third party that would like to mass refer candidates, e.g. job boards, aggregators, agencies etc. Candidates, employers and freelance agents etc. can login to the dApp, like they would login to any other. |
