I believe BTC is going to trend down to $5,000 whats your thoughts

It's strange how every time when the price comes around 6000$ speculations about price going down under 5000$ begin. Everthing is possible, I don't say but to my opinion curently market doesn't seem like falling deeper down. Actualy I would say that price will stay somwhere between 6000$ and 7000$ for a while.

well I had posted this when it was $8,600 to $8,700.  I hope it does stay around 6k to 7k but that news out of India isnt going to help

IMO BTC is going to continue to trend down and settle around a range of $4,500 to $5,500 at a new psych level. Reasons are slow adoption world wide from other countries than Japan and growing competition from alts. 

The alt coins had really ruined it for bitcoins. Now all the crypto investment is scattered among all the coins and bitcoins is suffering because of this. We should have a limited number of coins so that more people are benefited.

yes you get it   there are some great utility coins however that have emerged from this tech.

Yes blockcahain can help goverment include stake holder to make all the system transparent.
Bank also already implement blockchain technology so no reason for us to ban or not accept blockchain as really good system.

I think now the currency price already very low, it will stop falling, I don't think the currency will be lower than the price of $6000, if when the currency price down to below $5000, it was a disaster for the whole encryption market, people will leave because of panic selling all encryption currency encryption market

yes for sure, even though many of these alts can stand alone I'm just speculating on BTC price for now and how that effects the overall market. I have no doubt this market will rebound and will play it as it develops

I don't believe that bitcoin will gonna go down to $5000 as I believe that this second quarter and ahead it will go up and will eventually go high and will repeat the history from last year if we will just continue to become positive with it, it will come true.

So far current price is @ 6.6k+ close to your forecast and if ever your foecast is true probably majority of new investor who bought @all time high will sold their bitcoin to avoid bigger loss. so many are dis appointed for the btc price but the are lot also who are enjoying to accumulate at the curreny price.

That may happen and the price can go even deeper, but I don't think that other coins can compete with Bitcoin.
When Bitcoin's price fall all the cryptocurrency market become a blood bath. Bitcoin is the dominating coin with 45% dominance right now.
Predictions are contradictive, some, are like you, expecting the price to keep falling, while others expect it to grow (expecting it to hit 100k$ before the end of 2018).

In my opinion it will still here and again go up but not in weeks may be in July or august 2018 as some decision is still pending by G-20 countries which will be discussed in June or July 2018.

Personally, I think the bitcoin value will not touch the 5k mark. Because, the bitcoin value is proportional to the popularity. But if bitcoin and the market go down too long, it can seriously damage the confidence of consumers and investors like us. According to my guess, the bitcoin value will fluctuate at 5k5-6k in April.

I think it is really strange for Market players. their psychologies affect markets, and markets trends influence the players psychologies. that is how investment business works.
today's market is much affected by the incident in India, but the prices still don't fall deeper which means the price of bitcoin won't reach down $5000.
I agree bitcoin price will stay somewhere around $65000.

It is really unpredictable, as always that's why bitcoin is volatile. It's a quite a scare if that happen, expect the worst could happened but i believe bitcoin will rise back up from the dead, without a doubt. Bitcoin is gaining stable price so let's expect a great price few months from now.

Yeah bitcoins have been down since so long time. From the last December, prices have been down and they are not reviving back. Like in the past, whenever prices for bitcoins have gone down, they somehow got managed to get back out of that dip. But this time, this dip has been so long that bitcoins have suffered so badly. People start losing interest so to keep all this charm, bitcoins need to get back.

Another wave of FUD's will happen if that happens and worse case is higher percentage of bitcoin holders could panic that history might repeat itself.
The strong hands will be left and I know that. Hodlers will stay.
But everything can be pulled down even with the smallest amount holder. With addition of FUD and false predictions it could end up getting lower than that.
