The TWEX platform is a crowd lending platform allowing investors to invest funds in new companies using Smart Contracts and an ERC 20 Token named TWEX.
The Smart Contracts
There are two types of smart contracts used in the TWEX platform — One for capital with the various amounts and payment schedule, the other for profit participation and payment schedule.
All TWEX Owners participating in the ICO will be entitled to a prorated ownership of the main contracts. They can then trade ownership of any contracts and quantity at a price and time of their choosing.
Our proprietary algorithm developed in house enables the pricing of smart contracts of each company based on various points of control on their finances.
