If it takes two years to recover then I doubt I will last that long in this space as a full timer, unless I just try to keep doing what I am doing and just survive as opposed to making a difference in my life. I am noticing though many people are giving up and leaving but I don't want to leave unless I am forced to for survival reasons and even if that happened I would be involved at least on a part time basis. It's a shame though for the whales to take away our bread and butter but I guess that's why they are whales. Any profits I made in 2017 have all gone now and I am nearly back to a big phat 0 again where I started.

I don't think it will last so long. The volatility of this market is very big. I think its trough is only temporary. Soon it will erupt again. I will hold my tokens and wait patiently. I believe It will bring me great wealth.

I also think that this year the market will not recover after such a decline in prices. and it would be good if the prices returned at least within two years.

It seems to me that the market is able to recover much faster. Even under bearish pressure, bitcoin managed to recover almost 50% of the amount that it lost. I think if they are released from oppression, recovery will take less than a year.

I don't think so, 2 years is very long period. I think now there is no fresh ideas and new trends, as a result, no growing market. Maybe new wave of blockchain, like EOS, will give us a next big growth.

2 years ?. I don't think so. But definitely it will take some time for sure. Especially the crypto market is driven by the fear and the greediness of the people. So in order to move the market the investors need to come and invest. But if they don't want to invest on a falling market then they will stop investing until they see a proper bullish run. For that, it will take at least 6-12 months according to me.

This thread starts from a great assumption: that market sooner or later will recover. Reality tells other things. BTC has just broken long term trendline with high volumes and selling pressure, so no reversal is in sight, even if long-term sight.



Maybe sooner or later it will do a little recover but it's quite clear we won't see December\January levels in long long times. Neither are these good times to enter ALTs, seeing the drop may be still at the beginning:


They'll tell you to "buy the dip" but market can stay irrational more than you can stay solvent. Maybe best option right now is to keep your FIAT money, at least you won't lose it fast. Also HODL technique performed really bad lately. The bubble could have burst already and there is little to nothing we can do at this point. In 2 years everything can happen btw.

I expect it to recover at the end - beginning of the year. Your forecast can also be considered relevant, but I'm more used to making 100% bets. That is, by the end of the year everything should be JUST fine.

i see your way of thinking but what happened in the last years when btc dropped and stayed in bearish trend for 2 years won't happen now .simply because back then only few people know about cryptocurrency .Now nearly everyone know about blockchain technology even governments got involved in the field , that mean sooner or later we will see huge spikes.

I think it will take at least 3 years for the market to begin to grow steadily again. Perhaps, we will never see such growth as last year. One thing I know for sure, in 2018 there will be no strong growth of cryptocurrencies.

I don't think it will take us that long to recover since crypto is well known globally right now. The problem is massive fud but adoption is going up steadily over time. Hopefully, recovery can be achieved by year end.

Cryptocurrency market is unstable everyday, I think 2 years is a long way for the market to recover. For me, I predict that it will be this year the market will recover. Each month, the market changes its condition and survey says that it market will rise again this year. Stay holding you coins and everything is worth to wait.

If the encryption market has always been based on the current market conditions, I think the market needs at least two years to get a recovery. The encryption market has fallen to the lowest level this year. A big bull market must be available before the market can recover.
