for now, it seems still a good time to buy ETH and accumulate more before the bull run start in this year.
because what i know, the market of crypto in from the beginning of this year was bad, and even until now, still on the bottom.
So, if we buy a good coin like ETH now, we can expect the bull run later.

I'm waiting bull market too and I'm looking to the market for a long time and I think now we're in the beginning of the bull market, cause now we can see how BTC dominance rising and this is the first sign that whales accumulate BTC and when they got all they want they will invest to the other crypto like ETH, NEO , ADA, NEM , LTC and other huge altcoins.

looks like my prediction was right. BTC dominance rising more and more and soon I think we will see bull market on altcoins. Cause people who bought BTC want to make more profit and they should buy altcoins for more X. You can make x2-x3 on BTC but on altcoin you can make x10 and more.
