You can consider buying some but if you are a long term investor , do not invest more than 105 of your money on this. Better go for safe coins like ETH as they give good returns along with some peace of mind. This balance is required if you want to continue for long.

I have bought and I own some NEO coins. So, you can make conclusions what I would answer to this question. That being said, NEO doesn’t make a big part in my crypto portfolio. There are several reasons why it has lots of potential but I still believe that Ethereum will be a winner in the future of those two coins.
