How is possible to sell shares at 0.1 while there are ask at 0.09 and 0.095?? I suppose someone contact directly with Lab_Rat, but to be fair at a normal market the ask of maqifrnswa and woeliewoelie should be executed before.
Regards

It's a free market, so there is choice. The same thing was possible on bitfunder if you knew the username to push shares. I don't think people should be discouraged from jumping to LRM. Shareholders will get considerably more value out of LRM transactions than shareholder to shareholder trades. I imagine those who opted for LRM wanted to contribute their coins directly to the company which gets us more hashing power.

Yep, i'm going to buy more share but directly from LabRat. This to help and push LRM project to success. It's good for LabRat, good for me and good for all of us.

When someone buys shares directly from LR does this add shares to the total number of shares?

Sorry but i buy at what price i want Please show me the rules for this "game" ? Fair and transparent market rules. In a automated system simply you can't buy at this price if there are lowest asks. You send the bid at 0.1 and you receive the shares at 0.09 and 0.095 until all shares are sold at this prices and then if your quantity bid is greater you receive the rest of shares at 0.1. If someone offer his shares below LRM is because they want to sell faster and before this at 0.1. I can't understand how someone can buy at a greater price at least that you have a discount that makes that price lower. But as many other points in this business there are a total lack of transparency about shares sales, hardware buying, etc Regards

Of course, read what Lab_Rat posted, he offered shares to increase total quantity from 57108 to 65000

Sorry but i buy at what price i want Please show me the rules for this "game" ? game theory buying above market (1) hurts you by overpaying for shares, (2) helps everyone (including you) a little by increasing the total chip production, and (3) hurts everyone by diluting the shares. 1>2>3 (although i have a gut feeling that 1>3>2, but I have no evidence either way since no data is given). The marginal gain you get from choosing to buy at a higher price directly from LR is completely washed out by selling above market. However, since we have no specifics on financials, no one can price what that value is (and what the cross over point is). but it is your choice, it's just very likely a non-optimal strategy (for you) to buy directly from LR, but all the other shareholders thank you for your generosity edit: speaking of game theory https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=251423.msg3835922#msg3835922

I can't understand how someone can buy at a greater price at least that you have a discount that makes that price lower. But as many other points in this business there are a total lack of transparency about shares sales, hardware buying, etc Regards You can buy anything at any price in almost any market in the world as long as it is agreed between buyer and seller (and has a means to facilitate the trade). If I wanted to buy silver from the guy down the street for $30 / oz instead of from a source tied to the spot price I could. Or if I wanted to sell a NYSE traded stock at a deep discount to a friend, I could. Doing trades like that off the market take a lot more time, but they can be done. Public companies do private placements quite often. http://www.investopedia.com/terms/p/privateplacement.aspETA: But this discussion is WAY off topic. Didn't realize at first this was the trading thread Edit again: Not saying LRM is a public company, just making the comparison that if a public company is allowed to do such things, LRM most certainly is as well as a private entity.

ETA: But this discussion is WAY off topic. Didn't realize at first this was the trading thread Obviously, we have passionate arguments on both sides, but I'm going to reel us back in. Let's get back to keeping this thread for trading tables. I will start pruning posts if necessary.
