Where to inexpensively acquire bitcoins in USA now that dwolla support gone?

I had used dwolla to fund campbx to buy some bitcoins. Now what is the best option? I liked campbx's pricing and would like the least expensive and least fee route.

I'd like to be able to instantly on an exchange. Is there a good current exchange option for buying btc?

coinbase price is $13USD higher than campbx so that's lame.

localbitcoins price is also considerably higher, but again, i want to use an exchange to purchase

I found a guy in So. Cal from localbitcoins willing to exchange at the bitstamp rate plus 2%. H and it was same day. He was legit and no problems. I'm not here to plug for localbitcoins and experience may vary, but mine was good.

If you are US and need BTC fast - Localbitcoins.com and coinbase.com

If you regularly buy, setup a BUYING ad at localbitcoins. Set your BUY price to something like 85-90% of Bitstamp. Look at other ads and see what the going rate is in your area. Adjust as necessary.

If you find some place that always has BTC cheaper than everywhere else, AND you can get it instantly.. Let me know. Coinbase seems to be where it's at.
