As I own some mcxFEES (MCX), I have access to the private sale of the 45000 last MCX and I would like to give you the opportunity to buy some.

What are mcxFEES ?
Each MCX you own give you 0.001% of the revenues from the exchange of all Altcoins (Bitcoin included). Revenues are pay every 6 hours so 4 times a day. Every new Altcoin added is added to the revenues. MCX can be traded. The revenues doesn't stop as long as you haven't sold them.

The sale just started and there is 39000 MCX left. It cost me 0.4 Bitcoins per unit. It cost between 0.51 and 0.6 the day before. This discount is only available for the owner of MCX and it is temporary.

The selling of mcxFEES is suspended, you can only get them through the private sale if you already own some at a fixed rate of 0.4.

Well, people bought feeshares at higher price so that they can get a chance to get the shares at the low price now. But with your scheme it means their extra money was wasted.

You are right on one point : the mcxFEES where more expensive before the private sale. The reason why people bought up to 1 Bitcoin per MCX is that realsolid said that only the owner of mcxFEES would be able to buy the discounted MCX at a ratio of 1 to 9. Mean that if you own 1 MCX you can get 9 MCX at a discount.

The turning is that if I own only 1 mcxFEE, I can buy all the 45000 at a discount if I have enough BTC.

It is not exact. Realsolid said that the price during the private sale is a discounted price based on the average price since the starting of MCX trading. If there is any MXC left, which I not possible considering that every owner of mcx can resell, it will be at the normal price.

Seems like someone did not understand the statement. Once you have clicked that buy button, you already get the MCXfees in your wallet but you cannot trade them yet, but the earnings are already there every 6 hours.

Remains to be seen if the current holders manage to get all. Big holders who have paid double the amount to get those shares won't be happy to see shares being unsold as that would mean the price would go below 0.4 BTC.

I found it unfair too. I was not supposed to be able to buy ALL discounted MCX but it is what it is :
All owners can resell and there will be no MCX left in 68 hours.

It is an unexpected opportunity, nothing else. Take it or leave it.

It was 1BTC a while ago.

I know that it was, now it's 0.53 btc + 45000 new shares are released in addition to 5000 that were in circulation.
it's + 900% of existing shares. do you think it's gone get to the 1btc per share any time soon?

So if the current holders don't buy up all - I think there may be a late rush as now everybody is waiting to see how it pans out - others can buy at 0.4 BTC too.
