Again, it's not illegal to require such things while trading and converting currencies. The law you're talking about is applied to police officers trying to obtain your ID without detaining you. This thing with anti money laundering is completely different. It's most likely considered as a security in your country so they need this info just like every stock brokerage company.

Are you asking this forum to fix your problem? this is not a support forum, post here if you are announcing a service. if showing yourself on camera is against the law in your country, don't show yourself on camera. they are not going to change their rules because you are not comfortable.
