I hope other devs that are thinking about starting a coin see this. New coins with MasterNodes for sale are likely scams. Scammers basically create a fork, have a low premine (to make people say "this looks like a promising project") and exit without having to mess with getting on an exchange. All they have to do is just sell some MasterNodes from the premine.

Let's grow as community and learn from this. Don't keep making the same mistakes over and over and over and over. We have to overcome FOMO and be vigilant.

You can't protect people from making mistakes.

Scammers will always scam, entry barrier or not.  It is just a barrier, a whimsical one.
