Getting p2pool to work with bitcoin-qt and cgminer?

Sup guys,

I'm quite new into Bitcoins and i wanted to setup a miner to mine in the p2pool.

First of all, I followed this thread tutorial here:

Now after i set everything up, i get errors when trying to run p2pool and cgminer:

PS. my wallet (bitcoin-qt) is not fully synchronized yet.

Any suggestions on how to solve this problem?
