He meant about waves platform and if you are not familiar with it and go to the coinmarketcap and then try to click on the waves coin.
I am yet to see any good waves based token that has got any reputation or hype, so no i do not think it is wise to invest in waves based tokens at the moment, may be in future we see some good ones but not now.
Not yet or it will never, How so many garbage coins created in the waves platform. In fact there was a lot of project tried to use waves platform and the fact the majority of the become fail coin or scam coin.
Avoid waves platform will be much better.
