Of course, provided that BTC can break through the resistance at $60k in the coming days.

Let us admit that it is still hard to predict the price of bitcoin despite of its decade existence. One great news and we can see the price rising but one bad news and we will see its price declining. The regulation part is actually the good news since it will encourage the use of cryptocurrencies and hence wider adoption may take place.
The bad part is that India is thinking to ban cryptocurrencies which is a rumor as of now. I personally don't think India will ban cryptocurrencies.
India is in favor of using cryptocurrencies and suddenly this rumor pops up and got viral on social media.
We have had similar rumors in the past and so we shouldn't believe anything unless it's from the official sources.

Yes, I am from India and I am saying this because we have had such news in the past but nothing actually ever happened.
This is why I am under the assumption that this is a rumor. We have had many popular news and media reporting a "proposed bill" for cryptocurrencies even in the past.
The current bill is almost similar to the ones we have heard about in the past. "May be" they are planning to approve it but we can certainly not guarantee if it will be approved or not.

Also, it is absolutely not necessary that the proposed bill not have any changes made to before approving it.
You can observe in all the articles published online that they include words like "India may ban", "India is looking to", "India seeks to" etc...
All of these are just word play by the media people and nothing has been announced officially yet.
But yeah one thing is guaranteed that India will be regulating cryptocurrencies soon. We just don't know how they are planning to do it.

Also, whatever they bring as a law will have many changes in the long term as we come across the hurdles of regulating cryptocurrencies.
The law might be improvised in future.

I guess there are no players who want to exchange reward points for these electronics at the moment because it is much better to exchange RP for sats. By the way, freebitcoin still hasn't updated the list of rewards for RP, and it is an indicator that this feature is not very popular among players.

I'm sure you're aware that reward points can be exchanged for BTC much more easily, so I see no reason for anyone to wait for a sufficient amount for any of the other rewards offered. I believe many here, just like me, value bitcoin above all else.
