How much amount did you try to withdraw precisely? Because I tried to make an instant withdrawal this morning(UTC time) and it's still pending up to now, so for me the delay are still the same since one month. Maybe small amounts are processed instantly or at least very quickly but it doesn't work in the same way for larger amounts obviously. Otherwise it has something to do with the accounts, and some accounts are luckier than others. I hope all will come back normal soon though.

Because im a glutton for punishment, i sent a 0.0005 test deposit. If i can get it to 0.001 ill withdraw and see how it goes. I understand things are not 100% fixed so im not going to be upset with a delay if that happens.

Good, we can see that Freebitco.in is started to work properly  and I hope soon even the customer services as they Said will be fixed.

Those that have experienced bad with FBC is understadable with their frustrations and all they want is an answer from any staff and good that the PR staff has replied.

I guess that it will certainly take a lot of time to check out all of the back logs and concerns. And based with everyone who's got trouble with their withdrawals, 2FAs and accounts, looks like things are closely or almost back to normal.

It’s useless to base only on the number of win without checking the percentage of tickets holding of this winner. If they hold only small amount of ticket then still keep winning consecutively then there might be a problem but if these users on the list is holding the majority of tickets per round then there’s nothing wrong.

This is normal on any competition that whale dominates the it due to the wager they are contributing to increase their winning chance.

It’s very hard to confirm if they are cheating or not if the contest has record of the number  of ticket sold per round.

Yes, after this announcement, things are getting better for the freebitco users and we are also hearing some postive vibes like these.

VERY good to hear that the site is now looking for Support. But I hope they are transparent about all issues and address them publicly should they find a solution too.

Hopefully, they recruit someone from the forum who has a good reputation in the gambling section. They should also be active. TheQuin did a good job in the past I even personally interacted with him and I found him very good.

But he was one man for so many users for such a big site, it had to be more, and many had to wait long for answers.

FBC is so big it deserves an active forum member who everyone can trust to do the best for all. So lets hope we see these new people whoever they are

Maybe they have an issue regarding on that matter that's why we didn't see those guys became active in this thread again. It would be more better if they clarify this things and try to confirm if wetsuit or TheQuin still working for them so people will not bother them if they are not connected to freebitco.in anymore.

Also as what you have said they should put a representative that can answer questions here since leaving this thread at current situation maybe cannot give positive returns to them. But let see if they assigned new guy here or they retain those people and let them answer or manage this thread.
