It's not only you who had experienced the same. Many also did, and the only thing they can do is to accept it unfortunately.

When the spins didnt appear on the day previously, they were credited in retrospect for the days missing prior.   So I wont be worrying too much on it but its a good point to notice and raise as an issue.

I noticed there is a banner for a forthcoming bonus golden tickets offer on the free roll.  Can anyone remember the terms for that offer, was it 2 or 3 days to qualify for the 10, 20 & 30 roll requirement on bonus gold.

Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5) and if the problem still exists, I think there should be a problem with your internet connection that makes the website not load completely.

Well, I was reading the comments on this page down and come across your first about you not being able to login into your account, i quickly opened the site and logged out of my account, and tried login in again and it was a breeze, i had no issues logging back in, and I was going to tell you to check well and make sure your inability to log into your account wasn't from your end, except you are just here to troll.
Happy to know or learn that you now can access your account.

I guess its important we know that regardless of the issues this casino is facing within some areas of their service, the management behind things there can still be trusted that they can't just lock a user out of his or her account without any tangible reason, so whenever you are unable to login into your account, check and make sure your login details are correct and well placed before rushing down here to complain.

The page of the freebitcoin site can be displayed this way if your browser doesn't load CSS correctly or has disabled it for some reason, or to be more specific "linked style sheets." First of all, I would recommend you try to clear the cache in your browser settings.

I learned Fivestar4everMVP has given you some words which I appreciate his wisdom. But I do want to add that you be careful and learn to be patient sometimes before jumping up to utter certain words, and more importantly, we should try to chose our diction, because calling out an individual or entity as thieves when you are without a verified evidence is just too harsh in my opinion. Particularly with the issues on ground with the company, it could raise unnecessary fears from other users.

We all quite understand that freebitco.in are facing series of technical issues which at same time they have been working on the damages it has cost them and their repute. At least we all are can see some considerable improvements in their services recently, it shows they're not feeling relaxed. However, it's cool you had to apologize, that's another act of maturity

They have been irresponsive to the problems that their users are experiencing here. They aren't solving the problems these users are facing, and it took a long time before they put a warning banner on top of it. The good thing though is that their customer support here is at least active - around once or twice every month. We know that the site has some issues for a long time already, and they said that they're fixing it... or are they? Or they're just focusing more on promoting their new casino website already.

With regards to your trust, remember that FTX also have been trusted by so many users for around 2-3 years, but look what happened. You can trust any crypto-related website that you can see, but don't trust them fully especially if you know that anybody can just run away with your money at any time they want. If you're not ready for that then you don't suppose to invest in cryptocurrency at all.

It's true that we cannot trust any of the crypto related websites/projects especially after FTX collapse.
On the other hand freebitco.in was a pioneer in crypto faucets and has been running since a really long time.
Expecting such things from such a reputable site is not easily digestible right.
If freebitco.in ends up like FTX then it will be an eye opener for everybody in the crypto community.

I can confirm. Premium membership WoF spins are not credited at least 5 days, I think more like 6 or 7 days already. Nothing I can do since all my FUN is locked for a long period. Hope the fix that as they said.

I would just try withdraw everything you have if you haven't already. I'm playing for fun for months now, never made anymore deposit. I made mine today, instant and it got withdrawn fast so that's a good sign.

Not too late for them to fix things but really now, they need to just sit down and do something. New problems keep coming before old ones are solved.
