I am thinking about 2 other possible reasons why they are not working very hard on retrieving their reputation.
One of the owners could have had a serious stroke of fate or even died - or run away with funds like it happened at stakecube. At stakecube there was a staff that cared about the site and brought it back on track as good as possible. But if there is no such staff...

I still can't even acces my premium account for over a month now. The site keeps sending me an expired link to reset password. I've cleared browser, cookies, restarted followed all the instructions. I feel my tokens have been stolen.

I made a slow withdrawal last night (17 hours ago) and it hasn't been processed yet. It's still "pending payout" on the page.

Normally it never went past 10 hours.

Update: 20 hours ago has been processed and all is ok.

You are lucky to get your withdrawal processed. Seeing all these feedback from the gamblers about freebitco and getting your money back, will you deposit again and risk your money again ? I am sure your answer will be No, even though your money has been released by the freebitco but your trust is shattered.
This is a major problem for freebitco that even if they resolve the issues of their users slowly and steadily, many people won't return to freebitco once they get their withdrawals. You can solve people's problems over time but gaining the trust back is very different, returning customers may be less.

I think they could retrieve their reputation yet. The point is that they don't seem interested in doing so. They just don't care anymore. The site is slowly dying, traffic is decreasing within time, volume of deposits and bets will inevitably decrease as well, so at some point they will announce the site is going to be deactivated, just like they did with freedoge.co.in years ago.

That is my guess, because everything is going down this road since the beginning of 2024, what coincidentaly matches with the new bull season and Bitcoin's ATH. They act like the subject who reached a life status where to work isn't necessary anymore. Financially they are satisfied, so this platform has become secondary or maybe obsolete, like something from a distant past they completely lost touch with.

Prior to this time I have been optimistic about freebitco.in that they would manage to find a way out of their predicament and get back on track but it seem as though things continually gets worse with their services as the days goes on... pretty going like they are passing through the last kicks of a dieing horse because for their calibre it shouldn't take this long to have gotten things under control. What I don't really grab is what they could be afraid of in coming out clean to announce their intentions to users if they really want to wind down business or not.

Let's not count our chickens WOFs before they hatch roll. It happened once already that the WOFs were credited for a few days and then it broke again.

lol its possible that people might get back everything owed maybe even a couple more but they'd still be upset at the stress of it ever occurring, that is understandable.

I cant actually see any credit myself, I presume it'd show on the transaction list under premium tab and nothing new showing there.

I did say on the 25th I'd post as I have fun token locked for release on that day and it is now showing as spare, just for those wondering.

It's like they are doing some "random" distribution... I don't know how else we can explain what Freebitcoin is doing with all of us, they randomly choose what to do and how to do it.

In moments I think that there are more and more problems on the site and that there is no solution, then some people appear who have solved the problem... very strange behavior, as if the site is not the same for all of us. Should we prepare popcorn and wait for the final moments, or Freebictoin team will do something about everything? It's like "to be or not to be" moments...

I just recognized the "premium membership level days" counted onwards for two days so far and I also got my daily dose of spins for my level.
But since one month, I should be level 5, cause it stopped at 309 days two months ago...

What about the bonus? because they also promise bonuses for all users who don't get Wof from participating in premium membership.
However it seems to be a good sign with its members already getting their wof back, only the promise of bonuses also needs to be realized as a way to restore their users' trust in this casino.

I have not received any spins. I did notice that my premium membership days is no longer stuck at 1210 days and it has increased to 1212 days. If things were fixed I would expect some sort of announcement from them, but they haven’t said anything yet. I would not get my hopes up.

Something which is interesting is that they have removed the Curacao license seal from their homepage as well as the links to their terms of service and privacy policy. As of September 1st all casinos licensed in Curacao are required to do KYC. It would be something positive is FBC is committed to remaining No KYC. Considering the outdated design and lack of variety, the ability to maintain privacy is one of the few things that still makes this casino appealing, at least when everything is working properly.

While it's good to know that some people here are receiving the WoF spins I guess not everyone have received the spins.
Although people have not received the WoF spins for the missing days we can still have a sigh of relief "IF" the WoF spins are getting credited daily now onwards.
May be they will plan to distribute the missing spins in the upcoming days once things are settled for everyone.

You would not get any bonuses for the delays in payments and everything but this does not mean that one can trust his words and keep on playing on this platform. instead of shooting up emails every month or show, they need to fix things quickly.

Such announcements won't have much impact, neither it can bring back the trust of the gamblers until the people's issues are really getting solved and there are no new complains being register. Such a conditions of the freebitco only suggest that it will end up blocking everyone and ending up the freebitco era
