I still can't even acces my premium account for over a month now. The site keeps sending me an expired link to reset password. I've cleared browser, cookies, restarted followed all the instructions. I feel my tokens have been stolen.

Same here. After not seeing any wheel of fortune spins for over two months was starting to give up on seeing them ever again on a daily basis.
But just checked an hour ago and they are there.
So that is a start. Not complaining if they begin coming in again and if we can get those days dropped to us at a later date all at once then all is good.

For the premium membership level it was stuck at 30 days for the past two months and checked yesterday and it was the same.
Today they are showing 27 days until completed that level.

I can't believe in my eyes - today I got my premium WOF spins. I hope they finally fixed this issue and maybe it won't be same thing as already happened when people got once or twice and then they stopped giving it again.
But they still owe me huge number of spins for maybe almost 2 months.

I got my daily premium WOF like what @LTU_btc and others said. It is good to see that comes to my account after waiting for some time. Yes, they fixed this issue and we hope there is not happen again like before. I think I started receive daily WOF in 2 days ago.

We don't know if they will calculate the missing WOF that we should get. But maybe they will compensate the other things to their members premium. If they can do that, I think that will make members happy to see a huge number of spins. Who knows that can be our way to get some rewards.

As I mentioned before, freebitcoin promises bonuses and I am sure they will deliver what they promised because it concerns their reputation which is getting worse by doing what they promised can reduce players doubts, only the credit about the bonus might take time like when they said they were fixing about wof which took a few days after posting as well as about the bonus.

I have the same issue since the 18th of august 2024. Waiting for the daily WOF spins to be available again.
On 26th of september i thought it was fixed, but unfortunately the day after it was gone again.

On the 'Premium' page you can click 'transaction history'. I found out i can see my WOF spins there too.

Good news at last, I also got my 5 WOF for today, but we yet have to receive skipped spins for more then month.

While it's good to know that some people here are receiving the WoF spins I guess not everyone have received the spins.
Although people have not received the WoF spins for the missing days we can still have a sigh of relief "IF" the WoF spins are getting credited daily now onwards.
May be they will plan to distribute the missing spins in the upcoming days once things are settled for everyone.

They ARE two separate issues, first fix the problem of them not being awarded and then do a special award to pay the back ones plus a bonus.

That's true. They were building their reputation for so long, but they ruined it with easy hand. Now thye will have to work hard to regain trust and it will take much time. Fixing issue with WOF is just little thing that they must do if they don't want to fall even more deeper. Next thing should be making proper support. Without it it's impossible to regain trust.

Thank you for the information, so it means 57 days are missing currently if my calculations are good. I hope they will be credited otherwise I will need to wait 90 full days before reaching the next level while only 3 weeks are missing to reach that level for me actually. Anyway I've finally received my daily WOF spins amount yesterday at least but I didn't receive anything today unfortunately so I hope I will get them soon, in the next hours if everything is still working fine.

Don't know why they are struggling to regain back their operation since they can take care all of those issues and once people see that everything is fine with them and have good active support that answer the inquiries faster then provably that people will slowly go back with them.

For such thing happened here people guess that there's still big problem happened despite of some efforts they made. If they didn't solve everything that cause issues in their casino they might struggle to regain the trust of people. Ok, so I have posted a few few times times but have yet to successfully get the help I need. Some due to my post being in the wrong area. Also some extremely rude person decided to report a trust thing on my account so don't mind that.

So, I have been attempting to regain access to my account for a few years now with no luck. I tried resetting my 2fa account many times, however it says I am unable to unless I can go to old location I use to login from but that is 1000 miles away from where I have moved too. I use to get my emails showing my account interest accumulation but no longer do. I think somehow the account has been emptied.

Now even when I try to change the password, it tells me the link I try to click is expired or no longer valid even if I access it right away.

Back when I was using the account I was unaware about the whole signing and authenticating messages, transactions, etc as well as using coinbase and samurai wallet for my deposits so cannot sign the transactions. However I do have access to the coinbase account with the transactions still. What do I do?

Anyone able to help me?

Unfortunately, I don't think so. Coinbase account = custodial = you don't control the private keys, there is no way to sign a message.

Which has to be my account has been compromised. How can I get banned for absolutely nothing considering I have not been able to log in for 3 years? This is absurd. I have always always made it a point to specifically follow all guidelines as well.. I also am trying to remember what format would my secret key be in cause I can't remember and I have so many keys and what not saved and written down places but have nothing written to or title to use as reference to pick what is for what like an idiot. What I mean by that is it a seed or like series of letters. I have gotten to the point where I am almost borderline obsessed with this issue that I have let it get to me entirely to drastic

this issue about reset passoword, is long, six month ago, i tried reset passorword of account of a friend that live on other city, i goes  in your home and try some times,and did not arrive, three months ago, he came here on my house, and we try reset your passoword, and arrived email that was expired all thetime... and we can't..., other... i create an account to my nephew, and insert wrong email..., i try reset passord, but, the email goes for the wrong address subscribed, and into your account, i tried change email, and nothing, and i sent message for support explained about,   and nothing, and i try again change your email... and your password was blocked, and nothing work...reset password, change email....support dont answer, ...when ' the Quin' was active here, we ever had any response of him, how like sign an message, or any thing... but, now, we dont have any response from ..., and many are having this problem to reset password with expired emails...

but, if the Quin  not request to sign message, who will see it? and all tryies to reset password, arrive expitred...why sign message for? its not automatic....needed an answer from support that dont answer.
